No, that's a typo. It rose to 2.5 BILLION on 3/28/17. Almost 200% increase - 1.5 BILLION dumped in 2 MONTHS!

Crazy right? Why anyone would buy those toxic shares is beyond me.

I'm happy to predict that on 3/28/18 the O/S will be around 1 BILLION

After a 1:100 reverse split between now and then. ;-);-)
