The " Motion for Summary Judgement " - Foreclosure
Lawsuit - was DECIDED by JUDGE SCHICK yesterday.

I don't know if a Decision was rendered yesterday
or if the JUDGE needs more time to issue a written
Decision. This is a free site and it does not allow access
to filed documents.

There is another site that does for $15 a half hour. I am
reluctant to pay for it until I know the JUDGE has filed
a final Decision.
