Does it REALLY take 60+ days to do financials? I mean how long does it take your tax attorney to do your taxes? (Not that this is the same thing, but still...) :-(

NSAV appears to have no assets but yet are "dealing" with three or four Chinese entities that appear to have plenty of assets. Why would any seemingly viable company, Chinese or otherwise, play around with what is essentially a shell company in the US? Could the big Chinese companies be looking for a shoehorn to get into an established US market? The wife of NSAV's CEO is the former Red Mansion scion Madame Zheng, a frequent visitor to her homeland China, and one who, I believe, knows an opportunity when it pops up. These people are not fools.
