I see that the first study results on the N-Assay were published in October 2016, not ten years ago. Sales of the long life FlatPacks began in late 2012 and appear to have accounted for much of the revenue although now they've announced BNP sales for a third world project. Wasn't there another announcement of large BNP sales last year or the prior year?

Ten years ago the only thing I could find was hydrogen bioreactor development.

I'll bet there are unique challenges to being a penny stock company with disruptive bacteria diagnostics technology that one doesn't find in blue chip companies.
