I doubt it. This news sets the precedent for future expansion bigger than any investor was expecting. The fact that it hasn't exploded yet is a sign that it wasn't expected, and it's not a pump and dump.

Compare the SS here to most hyped up OTC tickers moving into .00x range.

And then ask yourself if we still need a massive reduction.

We need another billion and a half of outstanding shares to be reclaimed for this to be rock solid. After that this will shoot like a space X rocket.
