Just because it is complicated doesn't mean that is not reproducible. I am sure there are a lot of smart cookies out there that could reproduce this technology. Yes they have a patent on their way or version of a system designed to do KlickZie but as is the case many of tech companies come up with their own version doing the same thing. Sometimes they get challenged in court over similarities in product with a patent infringement suit. Look no further than Apple and Samsung. Doesn't stop companies from copying and if billions of dollars are at stake it would be well worth it for them to try.
