Agree. An R/S for purpose of making room to sell more endless stock is terrible. An R/S combined with a revenue that can support it lowers share count but maintains overall value. At some point $BVTK will need to in order to uplist and that will be fine as long everything is place and sales are pouring in. Even with great financials id still rather see a combination of R/S and buybacks rather than R/S only.
