You need to research more about the OTC Market place.. get an understanding about when quarterly and yearly financials are due and the repercussions of not filing.

The OTC has a great website that would answer lots of your questions and more. I highly recommend anyone who is investing in these markets to educate yourself.

So what was the purpose of the 15th deadline? And I suppose that means there's no obligation on their part to meet a date. Not being negative, just wondering, if this was all planned, in terms of the ticker change, then why specify financial disclosure due date

Yes that is the point of me also bother ....
One has called a term of 2 weeks and this is now very long exceeded
This is not trustworthy ....
There was also no news on the delay ....
