That was when they first opened, it's known as a soft open, which allowed them to get their team in place and operation organized. They have steadily ramped up and word of mouth advertising has them way above what they had projected at this stage. And yes, I have visited and spoke with management to get this info. Seriously, why would anyone open an operation like this and from day 1 have an MD full time at $100 per hour? They simply were being smart at the open, booked appts for 1 day and kept operating costs at a minimum, now that is SMART business.
