I suspect the note was either paid off or the insiders bought the note to obtain their majority of shares. I'm not concerned about the note leading to dilution at this point.

Thanks..if the OTC info is indeed correct, there are ~320M restricted shares held by somebody---please see if he will comment on who holds these...

the note holder has conversion limits....thanks again

Doubt very much the note is active. I would bet that the Chinese and Frack will negotiate that into the merger agreement before it's done.
