Restricted shares were made unrestricted. Those have nothing to do with past debt. I don't see old management holding any restricted shares either from supplemental info amlh posted. Info showed McFadden had 0 shares left. My best guess are shares were payment for employee. Don't know though.
Past debt should be paid off or mostly paid off now from that settlement. It had nothing to do with current CEO. Last CEO really blew up shares so I bet we paid off debt around Feb or march.
