Great post ttubular and will be stickied. This CEO sucks and has destroyed the company. The numbers you posted in the following, ttubluar show it all.

PFSD had a a/s count of 60 mill and the stock was trading in the .03-.10 range with old CEO Mick sometimes it went as high as .30 a couple of times. He also put news to keep investors up to date with what was going on with the co and you could call him and he would talk to you. Miss you a lot Mick The new CEO took over and now the a/s shares is 400 mill and trades .0004-.0018. This CEO michie won't answer phone calls or news and doesn't either bother to file financial reports anymore. The old CEO did it all the time even though sometimes they were late.

Research all this and you will see all that I wrote is correct.
It is truly sad because their products are really good and work great
