I did receive a reply from Mr. Giorgio last week and it was very straight forward. He mentioned that the intended acquisition was valid during his brief two week time frame as CEO. Perhaps the board members and stakeholders would be better served by his oversight. It can't be easy making executive decisions working with a shoe string budget. Takes a lot of good ideas and obtainable goals. An amazing time to be alive. G L T A
