If Q's not good most will leave, however no reason to believe it won't be good. No reason to RS, OS probably less than 800 million. Float maybe 500 million. If the income is what I think it will be, TXHD can buy back shares. If they do an RS it might be when they reach .50+ and they want to uplist to the NASDAQ.
