You may want to learn to read historical stock charts, and reconcile what has happened to the stock over the years. In particular look at what reverse stock splits do to historical charts. Number of shares goes down, price per share goes up. Historical, all those 'increases' add up.
I'm not going to look it up right now, but you can find out for yourself what the stock price actually was in 2010 and compare it to #31K/share. You may be surprised.
