Great writeup Shazbat!

Neither WY nor DE has corporate income tax so I believe its the States liability protection that has its advantages. It is not easy to pierce the corporate veil in DE formed entity.
I have no detailed knowledge about WY state enitity laws and I have faith the JB&ZJMY Company Inc legal team has it covered to make the determination to move to Delaware.
