They think JSJ is going to settle for $80k or whatever b.s. they claim to owe when JSJ already won $400k judgement.

Also they failed to mention another $315k lawsuit from Amityville Films.

NO WAY IN HE$L. Both legal entities are audited if the acquiring company's class of securities are registered with the SEC and the acquired company needs to be audited.

Both entities can be audited by separate auditors, HOWEVER, the acquiring legal entity's auditor has to review the pro forma.

Why do you think settlement funds were deposited with a court?

No evidence of that happening. No evidence at all that the TCA matter has been settled, or the JSJ judgment has been reduced, paid or settled.

Even HHSE's May 4 report of the May 1 Board meeting did not claim that any funds were deposited with a court.
