Seems like Herbs of Kedem is on topic. Could be a good acquisition. I see they are well established in Canada already. Don't know if it's been posted or stickied. "www.kedem.ca". They claim to have product in 800 locations in Canada.

Is it ok to mention Microsoft and Apple. I heard that EAPH is in negotiations with them. I hear they had money left over from all their other purchases.
