No, I haven't forgotten the Perry decision. It was in that decision that the judges determined that the breach of contract claim should continue in the courts.

And if your saying because of that ruling, Watt can do whatever he wants, then you are wrong. Unless you believe that the Perry ruling would give Watt the power to murder someone if he thought was best for the GSEs?
