Since ANIP allowed the Libigel trademark without seeking a new name to replace it and removing Libigel from Deal.bio website as a licensing opportunity, it raises the question if there is a good reason they don't want the latest assignment published.

North, don't you find it odd that the patent application was had a "Docketed New Case - Ready for Examination" status on February 2nd and was only published to the USPTO site on May 11th.

The original patent was published 3 days after it Docketed to the Examiner- ready for examination.
