It's Benihana style food in a Chipotle type setting from what I understand. Fast/casual and healthy - bigger restaurants equal significantly higher overhead and more time spent in the business by customers which doesn't necessarily translate to more revenues. The tables here aren't occupied for over an hour so you can accommodate more patrons in the same amount of time because they are in and out quickly comparatively.
Probably around 20 + bar style seating along the wall. More than your average Starbucks. In a high traffic location and quick turn around that's not bad. I would not define that as "carry out".
