Oh really anthrax? Well, maybe the guy didn’t know what he was talking about, sort of like the agent you supposedly talked to obviously didn’t know either. If you did have the conversation, I apologize for calling you out, and maybe mine were mistaken, but this is the conversation I had. Maybe you did have the conversation, and the guy I spoke with was wrong, but obviously these agents can err since Comcast didn’t sign up in July.

"Subscribe Now". Once there you can enter the address and provider
information. If it is available, you can order from the site. If not, it
will provide a feedback email form that is sent to your local office to
request it on your behalf. Once Comcast has added it to the lineup you will get a message on the cable box and in your bill.
