Have you heard of the proverb used in Asian countries "Pupil trying to teach the principal?"

I have helped hundreds of Tech companies since 1999, helped raise more than $300 million VC/angel money.

I gave lots of tips free via email and a chat yesterday to Jason. He knows my background. He promised he will work on it. Let us see.

I am getting the feel that they don't know much about institutional fundraising or growing a serious Tech company. They may be master of OTC - selling convertible notes. The investors/hedge funds who specialize in OTC notes are all scum bags and the companies who always deal with them are bigger scum bags. I have seen few exceptions. Let us hope that these guys are the exceptions. Time will tell
