Marks Beware. This is a notorious scam perpetrated thru the internet. DISASTROUS FINANCIALS. This scam had a reduction in cash from the beginning of the period by around 75%--This fraud now has $265!!!! Not broke? Who can operate a public company with $265?? This band of fraudsters led by Mike Irving is late by 8 months on filing this wreck of a filing?? MARKS RUN from this. BTW-without advanced from shareholders they wouldn't even have $265!! What a fraudulent scheme. As shown in the accompanying financial statements, the Company has minimal sales and has incurred a net loss of $2,845,254 since inception. All the LIES about DEALS are just that LIES and DECEPTIONS.

In addition to the FDA DENIAL and the disastrous financials including that this fraudulent scheme has 265 bucks in the bank, this scam uses phony press releases to try and gin up stock sales and fleece hapless Marks..
