These are some good questions that you asked in your email. Notice that the dilution question was completely dodged. I'll answer this one for you:
The outstanding shares went from 134M to 144M in no time. Then after we called them out on it, they slowed down the rate just for the month of April. On March 31, the outstanding share count was 144,719,287 and on May 1 it was 145,344,204. Don't think for a second that the rate of dilution will be this low for good. The dilution could just as easily accelerate during this month.
Overall, I think that the dilution should not be too bad of an issue for flippers, but for longs it will be a major cause for concern.
