@Flaviker I don't really know. We are severely handcuffed by the total lack of transparency from Echo. One would think by now a new SEC filing by Echo should have posted. It has been 9 days since the May 3 note was due. It all depends on Alan's motivations and efforts. We may never hear another word from him.
