Please let the New Owner update us with his filings and an update before you make such bold assumptions. I can appreciate your posts and value you here as I do with everyone. Keep an open mind is all that I ask.
That being said, if $KNSC were a pump and dump scheme we would already have seen multiple PRs from the New Owner. If you haven't noticed all of the updating and filings on the OTC have been during non-market hours. Verifiable boots on the ground DD has been done at both Hibachi Noodle Bar Locations. $KNSC will go current, IMO. One last note, Ken Glynn (previous owner) is the one who raised the AS, not Adel Nassar.
