This month-to-month financing really gives the impression that the company is operating from paycheck to paycheck....

Thought a larger corporation would've looked into the technology and if it is all that the CEO is stating, would've proposed a buyout offer or merger deal....

Unless there inherently is more to this picture than meets the eye.

I can't tell if they are trying to dilute as little as possible or if their funding resource is drying up, which would be a disaster.
