In my opinion : ) it will be a minimum 1x revs. Say sales remain flat @ $100 mil annually I would expect a minimum $6.92 PPS buyout offer. With Drexler's large holding and employee company sale bonus of anything over $15 per share, I would assume the accepted buyout price for the company would be higher.
