Ok let me make it clear to you.
Randy RENKEN is a founder of the company and has tons of shares. He is the guy who answers the phone if you call IR.
Randy isn't listed as an officer or director because they would have to disclose his criminal record, so he is considered a 'consultant' thru his company Profit Consultants Inc. (Look up old filings and you'll see this name often).
RENKEN ran a scam where he falsified financial statements saying they had $50 million in cash when in fact they had just $5000. He got caught, convicted and spent 40 months of a 48 month sentence in Three Rivers prison in Texas.
RENKEN is a con. He's all over the testimony in Adessky's trial. And he has been involved in other worthless penny stocks along with Tom Sawyer one of the Company's lawyers.
He confirmed to me in 2008 that the stock was going to trade at $3.00 to $3.50 per share, that they had 24 MM chomping at the bit to get in and that demand was high - all turned out to be more lies just like his alleged promise this week that news was coming out before Thursday.
