Rest easy; CCTI is still alive and kicking... at least through commercialization, regardless of the PPS.
Many questions remain about the process and economics of it, ultimate stock dilution level, DOE interest/grant, how many licenses will be sold given the large capital costs required, foreign patent protection, and so on... But one thing appears certain... the first commercial module WILL GET BUILT.
Ask yourself this question... When it finally comes online, what will the PPS be then?
