you dont have this kind of insider trading going on, just hoping that the company will do good. The board of directors got their shares due to recent news. bet they heard some rumors from the FDA

This is the companies way of giving bonuses when you get approval from the fda, probably will be an announcement within 72 hours.

The "insider trading" you refer to is the awarding of shares to employees and directors as part of their salaries. They are contractual obligations. Elite does this every year in February or March. Feel free to look up the Forms 4. They were not cash purchases, nor were they bonuses. They have nothing to do with rumors or approvals.


The statement that these annual transactions in February somehow indicates an impending "announcement within 72 hours" in May seems like an attempt to intentionally disseminate disinformation.


My dog is licking himself right now, as he does regularly, so there will probably be bioequivalency results announced within one week. Good Boy! If my prediction is true, I'll keep the board closely informed of whenever he licks himself in the future.
