I agree.

I definitely want to know what legal reason he has to believe he has that right.

I'm hoping its an actual reason and not one that's subjective based on how you look at things.

If I've been wrong about this point, then that's a good thing...but it would take an actual legal reason for me to believe contract law doesn't apply.

Yes, but I am thinking it will not be available for wide dissemination as the content will read like I can release them and totally in charge of the conservatorship as I know all the dirty little secrets and can be the biggest whistle blower that will make even Snowden look like a comic strip.
