You are doing your math based on ADHD. The core principals and their nominees for ICBU are still in place, making it's history even more a factor.. They can change their business model like a prostitute changes condoms, but it's still a scam regardless.

The valuations stand true (albeit overvalued), making this company nothing more than a pump and dump scam looking for naive investors they can dump shares on.
