Looks like we could have something here. Take a look over at $CNXS. Bitcoin company that filed an 8k the day before $HVCW and, more importantly filed a 15-12g after hours yesterday. President there just so happens to be Conrad Huss.

I'm admittedly not invested here, as I just came across this company doing some DD on Huss. I am invested in $CNXS however and figured this info could potentially be pertinent for both companies.
