Anyone ever read "Bleak House" by Charles Dickens? Remember "Jarndyce v Jarndyce," the inheritance lawsuit that had gone through several GENERATIONS and STILL hadn't resolved?

CTTC evidently believes it can't win, otherwise it wouldn't keep pulling these stunts to avoid settlement. I STILL would like to know HOW CTTC manages to pay its lawyers.
