That doesn't meet the requirements of "false company statements." "Unaudited" is a big out. Once again.... Direct me to a SEC Form 8-K or 10-K filing so I can file a "class action suit." Which is the only way stockholders of ENCC can get a return. And have you noticed that the only news is from PRWire which is a paid to promote news service. Don't get confused by PR wire via DJ News.
