The MM games are fairly obvious watching Lvl II but we cant do anything about that so I don't worry about it. The whole short argument isn't supported by the FINRA Equity Short Interest numbers IMO; although the short interest has increased it is still an insignificant number.
The recent consolidation was mostly caused by the company not addressing the debt/conversion issue in it's recent update; neglecting that was a fail on managements part but does not diminish the strength of the company's growth.
