Less than $600 exchanged, might just be MMs conducting a systems check at the bid price as this has never been traded? I believe chemist72 mentioned being quoted .25/.75 bid / ask yesterday.
Trading is very opaque today with no bid or ask showing on most quote services. It really seems a bit unusual to me, that trades are printing yet there are no bids or asks visible.
BTW, otcmarkets.com is still showing PIOE as on the "grey market". That is probably why no bid or ask prices are showing up.
