Indeed it is. And even if I could delete his post - I wouldn't. Fair views/opinions should be heard. I have access to many documents. The cases surrounding energy Technologies are multiplying. They've been that way since before I signed up here.
That said: The first cases are always the longest.. Once there is a ruling of "Law", the rest are slam-dunks. I'd suspect our (once) AU investors went with SES instead of us. You may want to check where they lease the Tech from. Then, compare GTI's Patent(s) to [those leased] by SES. Thennnn, compare the findings to the CCTC Pristine-M Patent.
