Fabius, just to clear a few things up. I've never said it's ok to be manipulating the stock. I simply voiced my view of things that this has been pretty obvious and that some traders will take advantage of the situation. I also said, this doesn't concern me as much as it does to others because I'm looking at things from a long term perspective.

I have also said numerous times that it's not the right time to buy in IPCI with a big position yet and my money are else where because there are so many other stocks to pick.

If Cysonic wants to take this to the SEC, it doesn't really matter much to me is all I am saying. Similarly with Doog, he's been around forever and he too is looking at this long term believing that the fundamentals will one day turn things around.

Broker offering 50% for having ipci shares lended makes one wonder how insane this situation is... that's the rate usually offered for deeply distressed stocks.

It defies logic.

A "successful" short is dependent on being able to close the position without driving the price back up... which is usually done by acquiring stock directly from the company when doing a fund raise... or from distressed shareholders who have reached the end of their rope.

I'm not sure that either exists here... the company has reached a point where it can be cash flow positive within a few months... and possibly quite profitable next year even without any progress in the NDAs... so where is the stock coming from to cover the short???

I am hopeful that IPCI can attract one fund that sees IPCI as I see it and which can counter the 1/2 dozen shorts/traders.

Someone who will set themselves up at a certain price point and accumulate all stock available at that point... a barrier that cannot be penetrated and that will incrementally inch up as supply dries up... would be particularly nice if IPCI itself came into a windfall and bought back it's own shares... it would at this point be the best way to increase shareholder's value.
