CCruzNY! As mentioned in the meeting, they voted in to either do a 1/25 or 1/50 R/S (Reverse Split). Meaning if you have 500,000 shares current and they decide to do a 1/25 split, you will receive 20,000 shares of the new company after the split (500,000 divided by 25). Same goes for 1/50.
