Yes a recap/release is too simple of a term and it's just words. Mnuchin was right, it's not just recap/release. Investors just jump on simple yes or no statements to get on the bandwagon for a quick buck. It's more of Recap/Reform. There ya go! I like it already. Recap/Reform!
