Yes, and that was 2 months ago already. So, we should expect the Date of Record Announcement any day now. I'm expecting to receive nearly 10 million free shares in a Beverly Hills IPO and, let me tell you folks, that's exciting!!! In fact, I suppose it was the news Buzzy intended to release right after the financials, so, probably next week. In the meantime we got news on the CBD IPO because they are ahead of schedule which was a nice bonus as he never indicated he would release news before the financials and, I might add, it was great news too! And let's not forget the financials due before the 15th. This company has earnings already and with so many projects in the works I expect improved earnings quarter over quarter going forward and that is rare in an OTC Penny Stock. Go VGID:)
