Yeah.. Probably news, that the REVERSE SPLIT of 1:5 will happen after-hours on Monday, May 15th. Since it would be a neutral event, doubt it would raise any concerns among the valiant PPHM followers. IMO...

If you put up a stockcharts.com graph of PPHM there is a head-and-shoulders
pattern I have tried to ignore, and tell myself it really isn't there, but
it is....resolution to .58 may have finished it today and blue skies ahead..
