Most startup companies have more to show for three years of development of their idea. Most startup companies don't use a company with over a billion shares outstanding to form their startup with. Everything management has done is backwards in the business world. What advantages was their to being acquired by Roadships (at the time)? Roadships was defunct scam ridden shell with 3 billion shares outstanding at the time. Heck there are probably countless other shells out there with less shares outstanding they could have used. Why this one?
Why was it so important for a company to go public (by being acquired by a public entity) at such an early stage? What advantage is there? What advantage is there to be acquired by a company that had little to no assets?

You are correct! My last post was misplaced. Sorry… about that.
