It just that the OTC is currently dealing with low volume & today's news wasn't pushed through all major news sources.

By playing the reverse merger we shouldn't be seeing dilution, so what we saw today was primarily flippers.

Well said, fluff pr yesterday was nothing more than a pump to dilute into. Share buyback...lol, last I checked you hv to have spare $$$ lying around to do such a thing, I don't think they hv 2 nickels to rub together.
