The Feds can not come take over and shut a business down or take inventory based on a lean. A lean is not a big deal in many cases. Leans are forgiven all the time when paid off. When a property/business is sold a lean will have to be paid before a sale can take place.

I do agree they should pay whatever tax they need to pay tho

Their warehouse and factory is in China.

It is difficult for Fed official to padlock or hold their products. Anyway, it is not that big amount owed.
