Those shares were given at par .002 valued at $200,000 dollars, so you think he is now selling those shares for .0004 or .0005? Ha, ha, ha! Not likely! And no Form 4 has been filed showing any insider share sells. He is keeping current on filings, so I'm sure the SEC is watching.
