Yates increased shares for NSEH use for acquisitions and other business use up to 10 billion, but only gave himself 100 mil shares after the agreement between him and I-Business Management was mutually terminated. Those shares were given at par .002 valued at $200,000 dollars, so you think he is now selling those shares for .0004 or .0005? Ha, ha, ha! Not likely! And no Form 4 has been filed showing any insider share sells. He is keeping current on filings, so I'm sure the SEC is watching.
