In searching Pecos County for taxes, surface and minerals - there isn't any thing that shows MMEX owns anything - I also checked for Jack Hanks and Maple resources.

I bet Hayes Parker will be very surprised to find that he doesn't own his property and so will the Pecos County Tax Assessor.

It also says "site location", not "proposed site location", that's a big positive IMO. Businessman are literal with their words.

Hanks is a conman - be isn't a businessman - he sells shares.

That is really grasping.
